Rychnov nad Kněžnou Castle is located in the town of Rychnov nad Kněžnou in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. Originally built as a fortress in the 15th century, it was later reconstructed into a Renaissance chateau in the 16th century. The castle underwent further modifications over the centuries, including renovations in the Baroque style.

During its history, the castle was owned by various noble families and served as their residence. In the 20th century, it came under the ownership of the local chapter of St. Vitus at Prague Castle until it was nationalized in 1949. Afterward, it belonged to a local agricultural cooperative until the 1990s when it was purchased by Ladislav Truhlář.
Today, Rychnov nad Kněžnou Castle serves as a guesthouse and event venue. It offers tours of its historical interiors, including the chapel and rooms featuring restored frescoes from the 18th century. Additionally, the castle hosts various social events such as weddings, celebrations, parties, and corporate functions.
