Chateau Brewery
The chateau grounds also include a manorial brewery, which was built between 1839 and 1841. However, brewing in Chyše has a tradition dating back to 1580. In 2006, after 74 years, the production of high-quality unpasteurized beer was resumed. In the historic interiors of the brewery, you will find a stylish restaurant. Come and taste beer cuisine specialties, but most importantly – treat yourself to Chyše beer!

Brewery Tour
With a prior reservation, you can take a tour of the brewery, including a beer tasting directly from the lager tanks. The tour includes a presentation on the history of brewing in Chyše, a tour of the 10hl brewhouse, an explanation of the beer production principles, and a visit to the technological sections (whirlpool, fermentation room, lager cellar).
