Events

The Častolovice castle serves as a sought-after venue not just for wedding receptions but also for a variety of family and corporate celebrations, banquets, and conferences.
Within the castle, the arcaded Rose restaurant, housed in its oldest section, accommodates up to 45 guests. Additionally, groups of visitors can enjoy lunches and dinners in this elegant space.
For more intimate gatherings, the Gallery offers seating for up to 26 guests, making it perfect for smaller luncheons and dinners. Moreover, it can be utilized for larger receptions accommodating up to 100 guests.
The Orangery presents an ideal setting for grander receptions, banquets, or corporate events. With the option of a single long table setup, it can host up to 100 guests. Alternatively, for a buffet-style arrangement, up to 200 guests can be accommodated partially seated.

The English Park

Beneath the towering trees, you'll find azaleas, rhododendrons, and a variety of other shrubs. The park features a water garden, a rose garden, and in spring, the air is filled with the fragrance of numerous honeysuckle (Lonicera) varieties. A lime tree allée and a lake with its own island dominate the landscape. In 2009, a summer-house known as the "Gloriette" was constructed near the castle lake. This charming spot offers visitors refreshments and a pleasant place to sit and observe the wildlife on the lake. Adjacent to the summer-house is a popular children's playground.
A section of the park features a game enclosure inhabited by white fallow deer and a family of Dybowsky stags. Additionally, a wild boar named “Máňa” and her offspring reside in the enclosure, attracting their own admirers.
The park is adorned with various statues. In 2001, the first statue by Vladimir Pešek, a red stork, was installed at the entrance gate to welcome visitors. Following this, several other pieces by Pešek were added: a dragonfly on the lake, a Cyclist on the meadow, a wooden torso, and silver horses. The most recent additions are by Miloslav Kapras, crafted from sandstone: The Tree Man and the Head of a Water Sprite.

Celebrations and Corporate Meetings

If you want to enjoy an evening at the castle for a family celebration or host a corporate meeting with a twist, you can rent one of the castle's spaces.
In addition to offering banquets, buffets, or light refreshments, we can arrange for evening castle tours, concerts, or you can enjoy a drink by the fireplace in the Knights' Hall.
